A Research Problem and Sub-Problems for a Capstone Project

    Please identify and describe a research problem and sub-problems for a capstone project. Please give me a list of these so that I may have options. Please give me problems/topics that have great sub-problems and have very good recent, no more than 5 years, literature review that has been published and can be used to back up my research topic. I need topics that have in-depth review of the literature and clear linkage between literature and proposed problems/sub problems. Please let me know if you have any questions. I work for the police department so I want topics that that tie public administration to the police department. For example, like organizational culture in a police department or the use of tasers and how that effects the police department. Please be rigorous with the list of problems and sub-problems you conceive because this could be the focus of your potential capstone project. I have attached a couple of files to look at as reference: the problem and sub-problems example, the rubric for how I'll have to write about the problem and sub-problems, and an example of a paper that's been written with their problem and sub-problems. This is to help you develop an initial set of problems and sub-problems as they relate to an issue I would want to study in the field of public administration.
