ACTION PLAN FOR CHANGE

Describe how the progress/success will be measured (and celebrated) and what the change will look like upon completion. A discussion of the role of the change agent/leader (the author of this paper) and how your individual style, preferences and strengths will be used and/or compensated for in the change strategies. Pay particular attention to how communication of the change will be accomplished throughout the process being described. Describe potential conflict during the change and how it might be addressed or tapped as a positive force. Attention to ideas from course readings, class discussions, instruments, videos. For example, you might plan a strategy and then reference the TED talk by Jason Clarke “Embracing Change” or one of the strategies in “Leading Change” that supports that strategy. Attention to organizational culture. What current aspect of the organization’s culture is so important that it must not be lost in the change process?
