Assign special cases that are require in-depth analysis, research and referral to FDNS for fraud or national security related issues. Conduct on a daily basis interview of cases in the following categories: affirmative asylum credible fear & reasonable fear; NACARA & ABC class members; including analysis of country conditions and testimony elicited. Adjudicated and reviewed all documentary evidence, applying relevant statutes, regulations, and procedures of immigration laws and precedent decisions in order to make a final determination.
