Trade agreements, when negotiated, are not always as successful as countries anticipate in giving them the desired outcome that they expect from economic advantage perspective. Milton Ezrati, in his article, “Trade Deals Help Even When Inadequate,” would argue that although international trade agreements do not always result as all sides hope, that it is better to negotiate such treaties than to not attempt to put together and implement such treaties.
