This module covers the frameworks of religious marketplace theory and three types of new religious movements. Use the specific frameworks provided in the lecture to analyze one of the assigned new religious movements in the United States listed below. Each student is assigned one NRM in the following list according to student last name. Students should conduct online research about their assigned NRM listed below and then respond: The posting should provide an introduction to movement, answer where does it fit in the Wallis' spectrum of NRMs, and answer what’s the problem/issue addressed by the NRM and what’s the solution that is offered by the NRM?
