Determine what your hypothesis will be. Run an ANOVA to test if there is a significant difference between the two zip codes in terms of the average rental price. Present your findings and discuss if you were surprised by the results. Include a discussion as to whether the ANOVA test verified your hypothesis and if there were any surprises.
