Aspect of project management

      Almost every aspect of project management requires some form of communication. Identify a situation when the information was misunderstood and describe the consequences of the misunderstanding. Part of a communications plan is determining what to communicate to whom and how frequently to communicate. Have you ever felt that a project manager/employee was over-communicating? How about under-communicating? Please provide examples. Which do you think is better/worse -- to over-communicate or under-communicate? Next, please relate the RACI format to either a personal or work project with which you are familiar. Draw a RACI chart for your project showing the different types of links.
