Select an assessment topic of your choice. Using at least 10 scholarly or professional writings(no more than professional writings total), write a paper describing the topic, the topics’s importance to the Public Library, the issue related to the topic, the analysis of those issues, and your recommendation of a research agenda (3-5 ideas) to better understand that topic. 8-10 pages
