Assignment: Identify a research problem linked to the customer satisfaction practices of a UK organization. The organization must have operations in the UK and belong to either one of the following sectors: • Food Retail (Online/Offline stores, or pure e-commerce), • Fashion Retail (Online/Offline stores, or pure e-commerce), • Fast food company (Online/Offline stores, or pure e-commerce) The aim of this assignment is to: 1) test your ability to identify and define a research problem, 2) conduct a critical review of the literature, 3) provide a design methodology, and 4) explore research problems and limitations. You are therefore required to evaluate their customer satisfaction program and management situation and use marketing research methodologies to find solutions to the problem. You can select one or two variables, from the literature that influences customer satisfaction with a unique perspective. Your report should include the following sections: Title page Abstract (include a summary of all sections for the busy executive who may not have time to read the whole report) Table of contents Sections: 1. Introduction: Problem definition. Using the secondary data that you have collected provide some background information on your case, clearly define the problem and identify the aim, objectives, research questions and scope of the research. 2. Literature Review: This section should provide a critical review of relevant literature, models, concepts and theories. Literature Review content needs to be relevant to the research objectives/research questions. Please use Google scholar as a search engine and ABS journal ranking to identify journals with high quality articles. 3.
