A team of Airside Performance Managers will deliver this via a robust compliance monitoring program, accurate record keeping, detailed performance data analysis and will forge close working partnerships with airport operators and 3rd party suppliers, as well as internal stakeholders such as Operations, CSO, pilots, cabin crew and the Ground Ops front of house teams. Each Airside Performance Manager will be assigned specific seasonal objectives via the PDR process which they will be responsible for managing; e.g. safety compliance, cleaning, catering, de-icing, Ground Ops manuals. The broader objectives, such as OTP will be shared and the Airside Performance Managers will be expected to work closely as a team. Close interaction with the Front of House teams is very much required, particularly in support of OTP initiatives. At times of disruption the Airside Performance Managers will be expected to be customer facing. The Airside Performance Manager role is expected to spend the majority of the time out actively in the operation. Working patterns will be largely dictated by the objectives set and very likely to include weekends, early starts and some night-time working.
