Below are the criteria that the research proposal will be assessed:
• Presentation of appropriate outline, highlighting research thesis, main issues and dissertation organisation
• Identification of appropriate research plan, methodology and sources
• Review of the literature available on the research topic identifying primary and secondary sources and evaluating their suitability for use in relation to the Law Project
• Identified sources properly referenced in a full bibliography
• Evaluation of project management demonstrating critical self-awareness
