        Mr. Davis is a 57-year-old white male. He is 5' 11" and weighs 250 lbs. He smokes 1 pack of cigarettes a day. Mr. Davis's blood pressure is 150/90. His LDL cholesterol is 160 mg/dl. He used to have an active job, but in the last few years he has moved into a managerial Position. He finds his current position to he more lucrative, but less active and more stressful. At work, Mr. Davis and his co-workers take turns bringing in foods to share in the morning, so Mr. Davis eats doughnuts, bagels, sausage biscuits — whatever someone has brought in.
