If you are not comfortable sharing your organization’s digital transformation journey (for any reason), please use a past company, past client. or use a standard case study/company to research that has enough information readily available online for you to complete the exercise. Submit a multi-slide PDF presentation to the following specifications for one opportunity: 1. Slide 1: Summarize the opportunity in no more than 2 sentences. Focus on the problem 2. Slide 2: Itemize the prioritization criteria for your opportunity by summarizing the following: o Data alignment o Cultural alignment o Success metric(s) Describe how this metric is connected to the underlying problem need Describe how you would interpret particular values of this metric with respect to actionability (e.g.: What action would you take if your metric rose above some threshold value or below some floor?) If there is more than one metric, describe the maturity model that relates the success metrics to one another 3. Slide 3: Submit a data inventory (as discussed in Module 3) o Where does the data reside in your information systems? o Who owns the data? o To the degree that integration is required, how will you link all of that data across systems? 4. Slide 5: Construct a new Swim Lane Process Flow Diagram for your proposed digital transformation 6. Slide 6: Describe an experiment to test this digital transformation.
