Individual development and career counselor 6) Coach/performance consultant 7) Researcher.
For this case study, you need to 1) Define problems of the shipping department of ACME 2) Explain why you think they are problems 3) Choose three major roles among seven above and give a brief
example of what you would do in this role as an HRD analyst/trainer to solve the problems of the ACME shipping department.
