Students are to prepare a case study report that examines the fashion marketing strategy and brand development strategies of a selected fashion company. The outcome of this report is for students to use the case study to better understand how companies engage in marketing and brand strategies to appeal to a target audience. In the analysis students should provide an introduction and company background, then identify the target audience (s) for the brand and then discuss the brand essence or identity and how this has been developed. Students should then analyse the fashion marketing mix including the products offered, promotion strategies pursued, pricing points and approaches to distribution and merchandising.
