Provide background on the organization, assess the challenges and possible solutions for the organization, and apply learning from any 3 of these business functional areas to offer suggestions on how to improve the organization: (Accounting, law, leadership, IT, marketing, finance, organizational behavior, strategy, HR, project management, ethics, and operations). In addition, the students will evaluate the potential impact of their changes to the entire organization and analyze potential obstacles to implementing solutions. Students will also provide an implementation timeline for each recommended solution demonstrating time, parties responsible for changes, and follow up measures to assess the progress of each of the 3 solutions.
