Changing an existing health program

        If you were given the ability to change one existing health program, what would that be and why? What changes would you make (e.g., increase funding, decrease funding, expand services, limit services, etc.)? Keep in mind that whatever your changes, you will need to acknowledge what other public programs will likely be impacted and why that is acceptable.
