CNS Role: Patient, Nurse, and System.

  The National Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists (NACNS) notes that the CNS role encompasses 3 spheres of impact: patient, nurse, and system. Which sphere of impact do you most readily identify with as you envision yourself as a CNS (Patient)? Why do you see that sphere as particularly relevant to your future practice (because without patients, nursing would not exist and processes and improvements in nursing care delivery would not have a home; treating patients and giving them a good quality of care/life is important and is what matters the most)?
