CO-LEADERSHIP OF A GROUP on (Bereavement Support Group )
Each student will co-lead or lead a group in his/her internship. This group will
be planned in collaboration with the professor along with the supervisor in your agency. The group may run
anywhere from five to ten sessions. Requirements regarding this group include a four to five-page paper
(double spaced) submitted to the instructor and a completed student evaluation form (15%).
Outline for Co-Leadership Paper. Introduction [Description of the group] (3 pts.)

c. Frequency of group
d. Setting
e. Client demographics
f. Involvement in group (# of times met, your role(s), and so on.)
II. Challenges (2 points) and Successes (2 pts)
III. Lessons Learned [conclusion] (6 pts. total)Incorporate at least 3 topics, concepts, stages or processes
observed or utilized in the group experience and link to text (cite text with page numbers). (2 points for each
lesson learned that is cited). Also, include in the discussion how at least two of the course objectives were met.
(2 points)APA 7 style is mandatory. Papers should be approximately 4 to 5 pages in length. Up to six points
may be deducted for poorly written papers including unorganized papers, spelling and grammar errors and so
on.
