Coordinating the creation of an EMS and/or Fire Fleet Management Plan
You have been assigned the role of project manager to coordinate the creation of an EMS and/or Fire Fleet Management Plan for your organization. Draw up a project management plan that utilizes the four steps of project management. Make sure you identify stakeholders, sponsor, etc. Discuss in general terms how a needs analysis would be conducted to determine what should be included in the plan. Create a generalized work breakdown structure and explain how you as project manager would shepherd this project to completion. Make sure you explain how each of the 4 steps relates to each other and the action you would take to keep the project on time. This needs to identify specific shareholders and the WBS needs to be descriptive not general.
