  Hand-pick five (5) optimum traits from the prisons showcased by either yourself or your classmates to create a picture-perfect, ideal center for retribution and rehabilitation. Your ideas should project an effective prison reform that is dependent on the improvement and rationalization of justice policies, including crime prevention and sentencing policies, and on the care and treatment made available to vulnerable groups in the community. Your ideas and best practices, direct from existing prisons, should highlight the reform of the system and should take into account the need to achieve sustainable impact. In a memo to the Warden include each of the traits that you picked, and write 1-2 short paragraphs explaining at least the following: Why you made that decision to include the trait. Why the trait is ideal for your prison system. How will your approach to rehabilitation improve your community.
