Cross-border expansion of your business

Plan for cross-border expansion of your business, the business you work for, or any well-established local business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whom you would contact for the purpose. This assignment is part of the term project’s Global Business Plan. Please team yourself up in groups of 2-3 students per group to write a report, in which you mention the following: (1) Name and brief description of the business and product you plan to expand internationally (2) Destination (host) country/region/market(s) you plan to expand to, and justification of your market choice. (3) Names of your team members (4) Firm’s Consent to conduct the plan (document or email). Elaborate in a few lines to explain more about the business of your choice, and justify the destination market intended for expansion. Team members shall kindly have to assume clear functional roles in their groups, and each member’s individual contribution towards the overall work shall have to be obvious and evident in preparing and delivering the project.
