The purpose of my research will be to study the quality of customer care through the lens of customers and staff in Douglas County Libraries. I would like to focus on the effect of applying the CARE model at Douglas County Libraries on the emotional connection between staff and customers as well as between staff (as team workers). I would like to study: - How customers feel more emotionally connected with staff and more supported, valued, and cared for in DC libraries as a result of applying care principal within the district. - How staff feel more satisfied applying CARE in their daily conversations with customers and coworkers.
