Evaluate your selected company’s informal and/or formal loyalty program and determine what the company’s best practices are in relation to customer satisfaction and or customer recovery. Research the best practices in managing customer service. Identify at least five different practices. Assess those practices and determine how they could be applied to your company to improve upon level of service delivered. What would be some barriers that your company would have to overcome to adopt these best practices?
