You are only working on the Typos excel tab. You are doing ABCD of the data and then ABCD on the pivot tables. Empty cell M2 or M3 you type in Checking Acct Status. And in N2 or N3 Savings Acct Status. So you include them in the empty cells. Let me know if that helps.
