Design a Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire

Imagine that you are a new marketing researcher for your company. Recently, the organization has added online shopping as an option for its customers. The CEO would like to know how well customers’ experiences have been with the online site. Design a survey questionnaire of 12-15 questions that examines the effectiveness of the website and customers’ overall experience. You can develop the questions in Word or use online survey software. Be sure to include a link if you chose online survey software. Explain how you would you ensure reliability and validity of your research design. Then, based on anticipated results, explain how would you analyze data and how you might present them to the CEO? What changes might you propose based on survey results?
