Developing a business strategy
Identify a company that has been purchased (via a merger and acquisition) in the last three to five years. What do you believe was the strategic vision for that purchase? How has the company changed over time?
Once you have selected a company to discuss, find and read articles about that merger and acquisition.
In 300-400 words (double-spaced), use the information you discovered and apply insights from this week’s course content to complete and answer the following prompts:

Identify issues or misunderstandings that can be avoided by implementing a company strategy to address changing financial and market conditions
