Difference between advocacy and lobbying

  READ- I often wonder if there is a difference between advocacy and lobbying. You are taking about nurse practitioners   Here is what the National Conference of State Legislators says as to how states define "Lobbying and Lobbyists". What does your state (FLORIDA) say about what defines lobbying and lobbyists?
