We already know that the symbol of God (i.e. the way we imagine, talk about, and represent God; the version of God we presuppose) will have social consequences. What kind of symbol/version of God do you think supports and produces the good social consequence that believers in God would actually practice solidarity with those who suffer from the injustice of systemic racism/white supremacy? What is that version of God like? How would this version of God relate to different racial groups of human beings? In other words, how should we "speak of God?"
