ECONOMICS of the Health Care Reform Bill of March 2010

  Address the ECONOMICS of the Health Care Reform Bill of March 2010 (also called Affordable Care Act, PPACA, or “Obamacare”), with a focus on identifying and explaining the economic impact of some of the reform initiatives in the following years (2011, 2012, 2013, 2014). Reform initiatives should include insurance, provider, reimbursement and or technology, etc. Use the tools (terms and concepts) of economists to analyze intended impact versus the actual impact.
