It doesn't have to be from the NY Times. Pick an article that describes a recent complaint or problem customer(s) recently suffered or are suffering by a company. Make sure to provide a link to the article.
Briefly describe the problem. How did this become a problem? What could the company have done to avoid this complaint? Explain both from an employee and management perspective. What is the best remedy now that the situation has become very public?
