Elective surgeries during covid 19

      My SMAC project consist in the prioritization of elective surgeries during covid 19. An executive order from New York state governor mandated to cancel or postpone any elective non emergency surgeries. My smac is how to manage this without getting lawsuit in the future for breach of care or mismanagement of a patient. There is an outline that needs to be follow listed as "SMAC outline" please follow the outilne and complete the doc "blank learning contract".
