Order Description
A literature review paper/essay that reviews the growth of emotional intelligence as a theory through reviewing past and current literature including literature that
focuses on the application of Emotional Intelligence to Coaching. Including a discussion on the evidence for and against Golemans’ model of Emotional Intelligence and
its implications for coaching.
