Executive Summary/Project Briefing

Use your imagination on this one. Think of a project where lots of money will need to be spent: relocation to a different building or new construction, a new ad campaign with a big idea, a telecommunications equipment upgrade, and so on.

Also imagine that you have already written a formal proposal for your supervisor, who has then asked you to write an executive summary/project briefing to the non-profit's board of directors to get their buy-in and, you hope, their approval of it.

Write the executive summary/briefing on the proposal, keeping in mind your goals and the five competencies. Also, write it so the board members can scan, read, and remember (SRR) what is written.
