  Design an Experiment on a topic of your choice. We are going to pretend that we have all the resources in the world: money, facilities, materials, etc. are not a concern. General Format Requirements: Grade Breakdown: 100 pts total General Format for the Write-up: 1) Background/Rationale for topic of study – 20 points - Why is this topic interesting? - What has been done previously? - Need to write a mini-introduction/background section (need to use appropriate citations) 2) Specific question you will address and rationale for why you are addressing it – 30 points - Need to clearly state the purpose and why this project is important to the field - What will this study add to the wealth of knowledge about the topic - Include Hypothesis and predictions, Independent and Dependent variables
