Exploring the ethical issues of conducting an evaluation

            Write a word paper exploring the ethical issues of conducting an evaluation of that program. Tips: Focus your paper on what ethical pitfalls an evaluator could face if they attempted to assess the performance or impact of your identified program. Note that this paper IS NOT about the ethical issues surrounding implementing the program itself. Focus your efforts on how to most ethically evaluate the program. Identify ways you could mitigate every pitfall you identify. If a pitfall cannot be mitigated, clearly explain what that means to your program and your ability to maintain oversight on that program.
