Federal and State Court Decisions

  Write a formal paper (in 7th edition APA format) which synthesizes the landmark federal and or state court cases which have had a profound effect upon school finance. Use a minimum of three cases. Be sure to include the ruling in the case and how this ruling has affected school financing moving forward. After you have explained the cases, choose one case which really resonates with you. Explain why this case resonates with you and offer your opinions about the case. This section of your paper may be written in first person. The paper length is 4-6 pages.
