    Paper instructions I would like you to write the final draft for my ethics paper. Attached the abstract with (1) the issue you are proposing to write your paper on, (2) the linkage it has to policy, (3) and two or more ethical theories that you will use to analyze that issue) 8-10 relevant references (bibliographic information only). please use the same resources used in the abstract. Important points for the final essay:- • A substantial analytical research paper, focusing upon a public policy issue that you will analyze from the perspective of ethics and ethical theory. • You will be required to critically examine the application of ethics in the public policy issue that you choose to write on. • Analyse some of the UNHCR policies regarding refugees. Ethical theories I did use (Postmodernism and Ethic of Care) you can add one more if possible:- -Postcolonialism -Utilitarianism -Feminist Critique - Contractualism -Relativism.
