Select a business of your choice (preferably a small retail outlet) in your country or region, or your delivery centre’s country or region – it could even be the organisation where you work. Apply the concepts of EC to your selected organisation. In particular, discuss the present and potential for EC with regards to:a. Improving customer satisfaction, that is, marketing;b. Affecting overall efficiency of the business/organisation; andc. The supply chain.
