Write a literature review about the research question of their choice. The review should reference scholarly secondary sources that are relevant to the chosen research topic. The objective of this assignment is to present the reader of the literature review with a critical review of the research related to the chosen topic and to highlight the gaps in the literature, which justify the focus of the research topic. Topic : What is the value added to a private company about the implementation of the gamification to achieve key performance indicators in a private company? This topic is significant as the game thinking is bring to businesses and aimed to engage, motivate, coach, increase business result. clarity, monitor, celebrate, share all objective but since most employees in private company follow the traditional approach to achieve businesses objective. Quantitative Question: To what extent has the gamification in private company achieve the operation excellent? Hypothesis: Gamification affects achieving key performance indicator by increasing productivity, enjoyment, engagement, efficiency to accomplish strategy in private company in the short term.
