Gartner Magic Quadrant

Based on the diagram of Gartners Magic Quadrant for contact center infrastructure: chosen the two companies, Cisco which is in the quadrant “Leaders” and SAP which is in the quadrant “Visionaries” 1- The disadvantages or problems in both the companies specifically in the Gartner Magic Quadrant NOT to be general. 2- Answer “why did gartner classify them the way he did in the quadrants they are in” (his reasons of why he has put Cisco in Leaders and SAP in visionaries) DEEPLY.
