Identify a company/organization which bounced back from “Declining phase” with a turnaround strategy or a Company / Organization which recently underwent an organization change/restructuring/merger and acquisition. With specific context to the change strategy and the leader who spearheaded this change/transformation, prepare a detailed case study report as mentioned below
a. Introduction about the identified company and the explain the need for change scenario
b. Organization Case Explanation
a. In reference to the change scenario present the valid facts and figures pertaining to the turnaround strategy / the suggested change
i. How was the company performing in the past? What were the critical success factors and business drivers?
ii. What was the trigger for the change? Was there any growth stall? what were the reasons for the same?
iii. Who were the people in the company identified to make the change happen? What were the different kinds of the strategy put in place?
iv. How was the strategy executed through the leadership channel?
b. Identify the business strategic objectives and explain how they were aligned to Mission, Vision, and Values

c. What was the Organization / Leadership Ethics adopted during this change/transformation?
d. How people were empowered in the organization to support the entire change/transformation process
e. How Leaders acted as Coach during this organization transformation/change

a. What is the source of information collected/gathered regarding the case presented in this project?
b. What was the Data Collection method and sample adopted in this study?
c. According to you what was the Organization Change / Turnaround strategy Framework or Model deployed by the company in this study

Note: The report should not exceed 4000 words. There will be group presentation during the last week of this course. Each group is expected to make a presentation for 20 mts and 10mts for Q &A. The hard copy and soft copy of the report has to be submitted during the day of the presentation.
