Order Description Case Study: Tony Milano is visiting the General Practitioner (GP) clinic for a check- up. You are the Practice Nurse who will interview Tony for his health assessment before he sees the GP. Tony is a 49yr old male who is widowed and lives alone since his wife passed away from cancer 2 years ago. Tony recently retired 2 months ago as his job was physically demanding as a builder and informs you that there is a strong family history of cardiovascular disease and hypertension. Tony mentions that he has felt “run-down, lethargic and has had a runny nose for the last couple of days ‘’. Upon assessment you notice Tony’s skin is warm to touch. Further questioning highlights that Tony does not cook at home, as it is easier to buy takeaway food. This is usually deep fried food 3 to 4 days a week. He drinks very little water and instead drinks soft drinks and drinks up to 8 cups of coffee a day. Tony also states that he does not do any regular exercise and watches television all day. You take Tony’s set vital signs which are: Temperature HR BP 37.9 C 90bpm 145/78mmHg Using the case study and the vital signs above answer the questions below. 1.
