Consider the company(WALMART) that you are studying for your course project. What challenges do you see for the HR professional? In what ways do the employee engagement practices and policies of this company seem like a good match for the generational trends and characteristics within its workforce? Conversely, are there generational groups that might deserve more attention, or that these employee engagement policies do not seem to serve?
