        This paper must be written like you are a historian, it should be in the past tense. Must take the document "A Brief Description of the Province of Carolina" and making an interpretive argument. This should provide a brief summary of the document explaining its content. It must have a thesis. It must consider the creation of the document. You must explain its historical significance, explaining what the document tells us about the historical moment. You must use direct quotes/citations. Please use the document "promotional literature of the southern colonies" as a secondary source.
