You are asked to research and prepare an analytical report on some of the important aspects of people management within a service organisation of your choice. The report should focus principally on the organisation’s approach to following key areas: 1. Employer branding 2. Recruitment and selection systems and approaches 3. Reward, motivation and employee engagement systems and practices 4. Training and development policies and practices In addition to explaining how these systems and practices are implemented, you should provide a critical commentary on these based upon the relevant theoretical aspects you have engaged with on the OMAP module.
