iGens and technology

In iGen, Jean M. Twenge argues that smartphone use and social media are fundamentally changing the adult behaviors of what she calls "iGen." Either further prove or disprove some of her assertions and find examples to support your ideas. For this essay, you should do the following: --In your introduction, introduce the book and provide some background information to familiarize readers with the issue(s). --Provide a strong thesis statement that addresses the prompt at the end of your introduction. --Develop paragraphs with supported ideas/reasons that convince your readers of your thesis. --Support your various ideas/reasons with specific examples and quotes or paraphrases from the texts we have read in class and from outside sources (each paragraph should have one quote). --Use two outside sources (and these sources can be a popular or scholarly sources). --Explain the relevance of those examples/sources as they relate to/support your claim.
