Increase attendance at an athletic sporting events
Prepare a (mini) marketing plan to increase attendance at an athletic sporting events (you are responsible for Men’s and Women’s Basketball and Cross Country) OR increase enrollment at your recreation center/health and wellness center.
Elements of the mini marketing plan should include:
1- Description of your target market (for example, demographic characteristics)
2- Include at least two objectives (what do you hope to gain by marketing your athletic teams/recreation center/health and wellness center?) (Remember objectives are specific and measureable)
3- Marketing strategies, go into detail about how you will use the marketing strategies to achieve your objectives); it is important that these promotional elements help you achieve your marketing objectives; each idea must be realistic (for example, advertising on National Television is not realistic); be creative and always provide support to justify your ideas
