Index crimes from 1994 until 2015

  Select one city with a population of more than 100,000 and then compile an excel worksheet listing all Part I Index crimes from 1994 until 2015. Research the police department for that city to determine their style of policing—community policing, COMPSTAT, etc. To what extent did that style work? Find one major newspaper in that city and research what they have to say about the performance of the police department.
