Integrating Theoretical Concepts

Integrated theories combine elements from several traditional criminological theories into one complex

model of human behavior. The goal of this discussion is to think about how all of the traditional theories

work together in an integrated theory and to evaluate that theory.

Choose one of the integrated theories discussed in the readings. Explain how this theory draws from

different traditional theories.

Create an example that illustrates how the integrated theory might work in real life.

Evaluate the strengths and limitations of your chosen theory.
